When most people see the first picture by itself, they usually ask if that's my "after" photo (seriously). I wasn't really happy with the way I looked there, although I suppose lots of people might be. The second picture usually shocks  them, especially if it's someone who's known me for a while.

(In one week, my deadlift increased from a 3 rep max of 230lbs to a 5 rep max of 260lbs).
