| If
I could do this in 2 months: |
![Before using Last 10 Pounds techniques]() ![After using Last 10 Pounds techniques]()
(Before
and after photos of the author
taken 9 weeks apart)
so can you.
"The Last
10 Pounds" eBook details EXACTLY how I got from the first picture
to the second one in just 2 months.
ALERT: At midnight on
May 15th, 2005 the price will be going back up to it's previous level.
When most people see the first picture by
itself, they
usually ask if that's my "after" photo (seriously). I wasn't
really happy with the way I looked there, although I suppose lots of
people might be. The second picture usually shocks them,
especially if it's someone who's known me for a while.
I guess I looked "ok", but I wanted
to look better than just "average".
The pictures you see here were taken just 9
weeks apart. (Yes, they really were. If you don't believe me
there's nothing I can do about that, but I don't blame you for being
skeptical.) You can see that I didn't start completely out of shape or
morbidly obese. Believe me, it's doable.
It took 2 months for fat loss of 13% body fat down
to 9% (promises of fast weight loss will actually increase
your body fat percentage) and during that time my strength increased using Pavel Tsatsouline's techniques. (In one week, my deadlift increased from a 3 rep max of
230lbs to a 5 rep max of 260lbs).
The lower your body fat
drops, the harder your body tries to hold on to fat, making it more
and more difficult to continue fat loss while holding on to muscle.
If you want to
lose fat only and not muscle, read on. If someone tells you
that
you can lose 5 pounds in one week or 10 pounds in 2 weeks, what you'll
actually lose is muscle and water weight, not fat, which
percentage-wise actually leaves you fatter! If you want to lose the
fat and keep your hard-earned muscle, read on.
It
seems like no matter how hard you work out or how little you eat, you end
up losing more muscle than fat. An unacceptable compromise, but it won't
happen if you know how to keep your body from adapting.
"The
Last 10 Pounds" can help you
figure out what is the best way for you to lose fat... not your
neighbor or your best friend. Everyone is different, and a diet that
works for one person may not work for another. What you'll find in this
eBook are common sense guidelines that you can apply to a variety of
diets, along with exercise concepts and techniques that will help you
reach your goals.
"It's not only good information... it is also
excellently written and put together."

There are so many conflicting theories out
there for fast weight loss, and the information can become overwhelming. Just
what are those exercises to lose weight quickly and keep it off? How the heck are you
supposed to eat? How much should you eat? (Many people don't realize that if
you restrict calories too much you may cause your body to hang on to fat.)
You work out regularly, feel
like you watch what you eat, but you just can't get rid of that soft
midsection...
"The beauty of your program... is that it's a hybrid of so many different *great* routines, not to mention a very solid diet..."

Let me know if this sounds familiar to you:
"I spent about 15 years trying to get
into shape, without much success. I'd buy a gym membership, go work out
for a couple of weeks, then either lose interest, hurt myself, or
both.
I tried all kinds of diets, many of which
were hard to follow for any length of time. So I just muddled along, never
satisfied with how I looked, but telling myself: 'Hey, I don't look so bad
compared to everybody else'."
Yup, that was me.
But
not any more.
This
eBook has been written by someone who
had tried to get in shape for years. Not a doctor or fitness guru,
but a regular person, just like you. Nothing terribly fancy here, just the
info to help you find what works for you. I present information
that gives you the necessary facts to help
you hit your target, and stay there.
"When I read your e-book I weighed 183 lbs
at 17.5% body fat. I am now at 172 lbs and about 13% body fat. It´s amazing progress and owe a lot of it to the simple principles outlined in your book. I have gained a lot of muscle and
the sagging mid-section that I had is gone. I would still like a lot more definition, but I am very pleased with the progress thus far. Thanks for publishing your
eBook, it has made a big difference in my approach to eating and working out." Rodney

The absolutely
critical thing that most
people never do.

How to keep yourself
absolutely on track.

doing.

This is
not a plan that
crosses your favorite foods off your list forever.

This does
not involve the use
of supplements to boost your metabolism.
-
This is
not a "lose 10
pounds (of water weight) in 2 days" diet.
-
...or any other kind of
"lose fat while you sleep" or whatever else nonsense.
"...the way you talk is down to earth and the fact that you are specifically talking about "stubborn fat" and you HAVE DONE it speaks for itself. I don't know anyone that has trouble losing weight when they begin a
diet... as you said, it's the "last 10 lbs" that's the toughest.
You hit on all the important points of what really works and your style is very conversational. I was actually sad when I got to the end of it because I wanted to read more."

"After reading your
eBook I took the plunge and got instructed on kettlebell training and bought a one pood model. I've been working out with it for a month now and I notice increases in muscularity, tone, and strength. Prior to
kettlebells, I was working out on Cybex machines doing SuperSlow. That type of training now feels soft and
unathletic, and not involving the whole body. I've even cancelled my gym membership. I don't know if I'll every look
as ripped as you do, but I feel like I'm getting strong for the first time in my life.
