I studied reflexology for four years at a retreat in the Catalan mountains after coming from London to Barcelona to stay with my Spanish grandmother.
I love my work, and treating people for a myriad of ailments, frequently with success is my life. It did not take me long to realize that 80% of my clients also had problems with their weight. In my late twenties after the birth of my second child, I too began to put on weight. I had always been fortunate that I could eat whatever I desired and would remain as thin as a rake.

Surprise, it did not work! I found it very hard to stick to, my husband and I worked long hours, and when he arrived home I would put the children to bed and we would sit in front of the television, snacking all evening. By the time I was in my mid thirties I was desperate. I was thirty pounds overweight and quite miserable, I no longer liked to look in the mirror. I could not except that this was simply aging, I could not believe my maker had intended for me to look like this!
At this point I decided there had to be an answer and went out and to look for it.
The document I have written is the result of quite a few years of trial and error, numerous tests on long suffering guinea pigs, and late nights sitting up burning the midnight oil. I was finally satisfied I had the answer; a diet plan that promoted rapid weight loss, that was not harmful to your body in any way, that could be used for those who needed to shed just a few pounds or those who suffered from obesity. It is a plan that is extremely easy to stick to, you do not have to give up your favourite foods or drink, and you will never go hungry.

I Had Given Up
When I made my first appointment with Nuri I was very depressed.
