2. enter your details once only for as many submissions as you

2.1 Enter your details once only, it saves users the trouble of
having to fill in the registration form at each SE. The information
required is: ![]()
- Domain name
- Website title
- Site description
- Category - choose a relevant category under which your website
will be indexed. The success rate of the submission process depends
on how many of the SEs support that category
- Descriptive keywords
- Personal details
2.2 Set the submission time-out value, for the submission process
not to be interrupted by SEs that are not responding.

3.1
Choose the relevant SEs and directories by:
- Add all
- Major search engines
- SEs only
- Directories only
- New SEs
- SE language
- SE country
3.2 Settings can be saved using the Save/Load button.
The database of SEs can be updated by pressing the update button.

4. submit web site to search engine^Top
4.1
Choose the number of panes to be used during the submission process,
within each pane a different SE is loaded. For low bandwidth connection
1 pane is chosen, for average connections like 56k, 4 panes and
for fast connections, 9 panes.
4.2 Press start to start the search engine submission program.

5. submission results reports ^Top
5.1
The following reports are shown in this window and there is a resubmission
button for each report pane:
- Processed search engines - Pass. The submission process for
these SEs is completed successfully.
- Processed SEs - Warning. The submission process is completed
but an answer from these SEs is still pending.
- Still not processed SEs. The submission process is not yet completed
to these SEs.
- Processed SEs - Fail. These are the SEs which did not accept
the submission, there is a list of errors within this pane.
The success ratio of the web site search engine
submission process depends on the category chosen.
Not all search engines cater for all website categories.
