About thirty years ago, I discovered how a Psychic and Psychic Medium contact the astral plane. This is often through automatic writing, a way of contacting the Astral world by putting pen to paper and allowing the pen to write what it wants. Psychics and Psychic Mediums have been doing this for thousands of years, but my Psychic Medium messages were garbled and didn't make much sense. Then I discovered "inner dictation" that allows a Psychic and Psychic Medium to talk to the higher planes except the Psychic Mediums message is not automatic. It's simply a method that a Psychic Medium uses to listen to an inner voice and letting it "talk". This is the Psychic Medium process by which A Course In Miracles was given to Helen Schucman, one of the most famous of Psychic Mediums, although I didn't know it at the time. It's a process used by many online Psychic Mediums and it can be stopped and restarted anytime and the message comes in quite clear.
