Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a  certifiable pet lover  and I have worked for a veterinarian for over 6  years. I have a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis on  animal behavior and evolution.  I have had pets all of my life. My husband, Kelby and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats who mean the world to us!

Even though my pets are properly trained now, I KNOW how frustrating pet messes can be! I have had my carpet completely ruined by pets in the past. With almost every apartment I lived in, I lost the pet deposit because of stains on the floor or carpet. I have spent hundreds of dollars on carpet cleaners, room deoderizers and scented candles just to cover up the pet smell. I was miserable!

Fortunately for me, I discovered that housebreaking was a pretty common problem. I was not alone! In fact, it is also one reason why too many pet owners end up taking their dog or cat to the pound! Finally, I began studying animal behavior in school and learning from my experience at the vet clinic. From my research on the subject, I realized  that many pet owners, myself included, were not aware of some very profound truths about dogs and cats .  I decided to test out my discovery. When clients called or came in with their dilemmas, I started to tell them these basic principles. After getting so much positive feedback, I decided to extend the information to a larger audience. So, I designed this website!
