An innocent research into the health and spiritual practices of  the Ancient Essenes, Celts of Cornwall and France, and pre-dynastic Egyptians, suddenly became an unexpected mystery adventure.   It began to reveal an amazing cover up that has continued throughout millennia.

Our current world paradigm is the heir of an unbelievable history.  Full of mystery and intrigue, this story begins at the dawn of time in this 'age',  when information we needed to have, was deliberately withheld from us, and a false reality began to be created.  It created a complex storyline that weaves a tangled web of intrigue and confusion.    The information we need, is how to reclaim our full human status and all that that means.

Two thousand years ago, there was a large body of people across the known world, who taught many sciences and spiritual practices of which we are now, no longer aware.   In some places they were called 'Children of Light'.   Their group in Judea, was well documented by the scribes of the times, and they were famous for their vegetarian lifestyle, organic gardening and cultivation of trees, spiritual practices, physical exercises and a natural healing method called 'cosmotherapy'.   They had many universities and colleges across the region from North Africa, Ethiopia, Ancient Britain, Greece, Persia to India, where people, including Rabbis and members of the royal family of Herod, were educated in higher studies of cosmology and other sciences.  The trained healer members of the Nasoreans were called 'Essene' which is from the Aramaic word 'Assaya' meaning 'healer'.  Aramaic was the language used by the populace of 'Ancient Palestine' two thousand years ago, and most of their rediscovered texts on health, vegetarian lifestyle, harmlessness and natural healing methods were written in this now obsolete language, though this was only one location of their many communities. 

Many Christian groups today, have pondered the identity of the 'original Hebrews', but they were simply Nasoreans, and a little research easily reveals them to be the original people who came over from Egypt around 1390 BCE after they were banished along with their Pharaoh, all of whom were opposed to the corrupted Amen cult of the times [ref chapter 14]. They made their way to the lands of Cana, after this particular group tried to regain the throne.  However,  many others  soon re-established themselves in a less controversial manner, in Alexandria, Elephantine and Ethiopia, and it was only a minority of them who went to Judea as 'Israelites'. 

The Essene teachings of 2000 years ago, preserved a vast knowledge and proven health science from a time dating back many  thousands of years even before their own time.  So called translations into the Torah at the time of the Babylonian 'captivity' around 397 BCE, which was then translated into the Greek version of the Christian Bible, were over a thousand years later than the general introduction of the information that was brought over from Egypt.  Both translations recorded many inaccuracies because the information originated from sources other than the mixture that was then in place, and many teachings, if not most, had been forbidden to ever be put in written form.  Even so, these were not the only sources of this information, for their communities and colleges  stretched across the then known world.  Recent research, now possible through the discovery of key codes to aid translation,  indicate that the second seeding in Genesis, the so called lineage from Seth, is actually a list of Egyptian kings, from records brought over at the time of the Exodus [ref Chapter 22].   Indigenous 'Egyptians', who have never been consulted by 'Egyptologists', have kept an oral tradition for over 52,000 years and still know why, when and how the Sphinx and Pyramids of Giza  were built.  Other recent archeological discoveries have shown the pre-diluviun world to have understood and used a sophisticated level of technology not unlike, yet superior to, our current world.  They used a free worldwide power and communication system based on the conversion of hydrogen from water, for example. 

They were fully aware of the importance of 'balance' and harmony,  and cultivating the higher heart consciousness levels of self -  for it was remembered at that time, that all is part of  a vast universal 'project' determining which genetic blueprints are capable of  'ascending' and handling the responsibility of understanding the secrets of creation and the enormous powers inherent therein.   The human genetic blueprint has been through a number of variations and modifications through untold 'ages', and the human downfall is always through the interpretations and judgments of the mind, in 'real life' worldly storylines that appear very real to us.  The 'heart' never hurts, condemns or kills, but the mind will!  The 'Essene Way' in Part 2 of this practical education manual,  explains how to transcend this ever present stumbling block to human maturity.

Sometimes it is hard to believe that there was a  technologically sophisticated civilization in our paleohistoric eras, but it is a fact.  There are descriptions of flying craft known as vimana, evidence of the use of electrical systems, beautifully planned and architecturally designed cities both above ground and underground, and indisputable radio-active evidence of nuclear explosions in the Indus Valley and across the desert sands of Northern Africa when over 12,000 years ago, hostile forces commandeered and misused the pyramid technology, and seemingly  stole some of the sciences and records of the previous peoples.

Along with this, was a science of health and guidance for evolution into a greater, true reality,  which the hostile forces deliberately aimed to destroy and replace with subtle changes, and represent as their own.   For the most part of  the last two thousands of years, and at times in the millennia before that,  the original  practitioners and teachers were frequently forced into subordinate roles or slaughtered  except for those who practised in secret, escaped or went underground. 

The communities and extensive educational colleges of these people, as they existed 2,000 years ago, as well as over 13,000 years ago, stretched across the regions of North Africa, most notably Ethiopia and up the Nile to Egypt, onward as far as Cornwall, Wales  and Ancient Britain,  the Himalaya, Indus and Brahmaputra River regions of India, and Tibet, including modern day Iraq, Lebanon and Ancient Palestine.   They often were known by different names and descriptions in these diverse places.  Their primary teaching was that of harmlessness, compassion, healthy living  and vegetarianism, in stark opposition to the blood sacrificial cults and warlike political motivations of the day.   Their gentle teachings, as they existed in the lands of Judea, were eventually outlawed, lost in the terrorist activities of rebels.  Corrupted, rewritten versions of many of their original teachings became our accepted scriptures, as the altered texts of several religions, most notably  from around 5,000 years ago onwards......some with their teachings of polarized versions of 'meditation' which did not activate the 'heart consciousness' and 'feminine',  and many others with their blood thirsty gods, and relegation of women to inferior status.  Yet their surviving and recently revealed teachings,  some of which have always remained solely an oral tradition passed on through the continuing 'underground' lineage of 'masters', show these people to be the closest to our concept of St. Francis of Assisi.    Some of their known masters, among many unrecorded and partially remembered Teachers depending on the politics of the times,   included Krishna and Gautama the Buddha as well as John the Baptist, and the mystic poet Kabir - all authentic teachers but in different locations and at different times.  Only hostile 'Annunaki' mind infiltration, through an invading 'space virus'  caused the 'male' polarity imbalance, and the  separation and divisions in what was once a common world spirituality.  In this way we lost unity consciousness and our place in 'the Garden'.  They also reveal that all women, and a female priesthood, were once honored in equal status to men, and revered as the only true way one could be sure of the authenticity of a lineage, including the original royal lineage - which incidentally, went to Ethiopia!   They taught and practised  the Way of Healing or the Essene [Healing] Way.
